I always knew I would have a little food shop someday. It started as sketches of a food truck I never built, turned into early mornings at farmers markets, became a kitchen full of jars, and now—finally—has taken shape as Fun Kost in its full form. This is the dream made real.
From Idea to Imbiss, With Love
Opening this shop has been a journey of flavor, friendship, and fire-roasted chile. What began with tostadas on Tuesdays has grown into a full menu, a kombucha tap, and a place that feels like home. We’re small—just a few seats and a lot of heart—but we’re built for big flavor and even bigger community.
